Different from curved U-shaped troughs, its neat rectangular cross-section provides larger internal space for root expansion, uniform liquid flow and easy substrate placement, making it ideal for large-scale planting of tomatoes, cucumbers, strawberries and various leafy greens. This channel eliminates typical drawbacks of traditional soil farming, such as continuous cropping obstacles, soil-borne diseases and uneven water-fertilizer supply, and acts as essential supporting equipment for multi-span intelligent greenhouses, solar energy-saving greenhouses and vertical three-dimensional planting bases worldwide. It delivers a clean, stable and high-yield growing environment for year-round commercial crop production.

The whole rectangular channel is extruded from food-grade UV-stabilized modified PVC material without toxic heavy metal components, fully meeting international agricultural safety standards. Special anti-aging additives are incorporated into raw materials to withstand long-term high temperature, high humidity and intense ultraviolet radiation inside greenhouses, preventing yellowing, cracking and permanent deformation.
