Distinguished from narrow hydroponic channels and small troughs, this wide and spacious grow bed provides ample room for root spreading, making it perfect for large fruiting crops such as tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and melons, as well as mass cultivation of leafy greens and seedling raising. It completely overcomes the inherent defects of traditional soil planting, including continuous cropping barriers, soil-borne pathogens and inefficient nutrient absorption. The main body of hydroponic grow bed is extruded from food-grade UV-stabilized modified PVC raw materials, free of toxic heavy metals and harmful precipitates that threaten agricultural product safety. Special anti-aging agents are blended into the formula to resist long-term erosion from high temperature, high humidity and strong ultraviolet radiation within greenhouses, effectively avoiding yellowing, embrittlement and permanent structural deformation. The material maintains stable performance when exposed to acidic and alkaline nutrient solutions without corrosion or chemical dissolution. Its smooth flat inner surface prevents root tangling, substrate sludge accumulation and pipeline blockage, greatly cutting down the frequency of routine cleaning and maintenance. Lightweight yet high in structural rigidity, the grow bed can be laid on the ground or installed on multi-layer galvanized brackets for vertical planting, with a reliable service life of 10 to 15 years.
