Aeroponic Tower is a vertical soilless cultivation system that relies on aeroponics technology, widely adopted in commercial greenhouses, indoor vertical farms and sightseeing picking gardens. Different from NFT hydroponic equipment that uses flowing nutrient film, this tower sprays atomized nutrient mist directly onto suspended plant roots, providing optimal oxygen, water and nutrients simultaneously. It fits large-scale planting of lettuce, herbs, microgreens and miniature strawberries, completely eliminating soil-related problems including soil-borne diseases, continuous cropping obstacles and inefficient nutrient absorption. With ultra-high space utilization and ultra-low water consumption, it supports year-round residue-free crop production and becomes core vertical farming equipment for modern intensive agriculture.

The aeroponic tower is assembled from food-grade UV-stabilized PVC modular parts, free of toxic heavy metal dissolution that endangers produce safety. Anti-aging additives are blended into raw materials to withstand long-term high temperature, high humidity and strong ultraviolet light inside greenhouses, avoiding yellowing, cracking and deformation after long-term operation. The plastic material resists corrosion from acidic and alkaline nutrient mixtures, and the smooth internal cavity prevents root winding and sludge buildup, greatly reducing routine cleaning work. Uniform planting sockets are arranged on each vertical layer to hold standard net pots and fix seedlings. The upright column structure occupies minimal floor area, and dense arrangement of multiple towers raises overall planting capacity by 3 to 5 times versus horizontal hydroponic troughs. Staggered layers follow ergonomic standards, allowing farmers to finish seedling replacement, daily inspection and harvesting in a standing posture, relieving repeated bending fatigue and lifting labor efficiency.
