1.Product Overview

Multi-Span Plastic Film Greenhouse Tunnel,also known as gutter-connected polytunnel greenhouse,consists of multiple single arched plastic tunnels connected side by side with shared galvanized drainage gutters.Different from separate small single tunnels,it forms one large continuous enclosed planting space.

The whole structure is built with hot-dip galvanized anti-rust steel pipes,covered with agricultural plastic film(PO/PE/double-layer inflatable film).It integrates low construction cost,easy installation and full climate regulation functions.The large interior space allows mechanized farming and matching with a full range of automatic supporting equipment.This tunnel greenhouse is globally popular for mass production of vegetables,flowers,seedlings and hydroponic crops.

2.Main Structure

2.1 Galvanized Steel Frame

Material:Hot-dip galvanized round steel pipe,anti-corrosion passivation treatment,service life over 15 years.

Standard sizes:Single span 6m,8m,10m,12m;ridge height 2.8–5m;column spacing 3–4m;pipe wall thickness customizable.

Load design:Capable of resisting strong wind and snow load,suitable for plains,coastal and hilly regions.

Gutter system:Integrated rain gutters between tunnels to collect and drain rainwater centrally,prevent leakage and waterlogging.

2.2 Plastic Film Covering

PO Film:High light transmittance≥90%,long-lasting anti-fog&anti-drip,anti-UV aging,service life 3–5 years.

PE Film:Economical choice,light transmittance 82%–88%,service life 2–3 years.

Double-layer inflatable plastic film:Adds air insulation layer,reduces winter heating energy consumption for cold zones.

All plastic films soften sunlight to avoid crop sunburn and cut condensation-induced plant diseases.
